Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, the booking fee will not be refundable. No exceptions. If you would like to reschedule an appointment, you must reach out 48 hours/ 2 days before scheduled appointment, in order for booking fee to be credited towards the new appointment. Clients may only reschedule once with initial booking fee. Late Arrival: A ten minute grace period will be given to each client, after 10 minutes a late fee of $20 will be added to the remaining balance for the appointment. After 15 minutes, your appointment is considered cancelled (with no additional charges) and the deposit will not be refunded. Please try to arrive early if possible to ensure you make your scheduled appointment time.
